Shipping & Returns

Shipment of any software may take up to five business days.

The user will be provided with either a download link or login data to a user area where he can download his license and serial numbers.

All software is electronically shipped and is no physical product.

For it is electronically sent software, a right of revocation or return of the plugin and thus a refund of the payment is only available in the following cases:

Software with serial numbers: serial number and user area login data has not been sent to you.
Software without serial number: download link has not yet been sent to you.
Others: download link has not yet been sent to you.
