Katachi - Graphics & Plugins (Samir Kharchi) hereby named 'KATACHI'. The customer hereby named 'CUSTOMER'

PROCESS:

KATACHI sends to the CUSTOMER the ordered software through Electronic Mail (Email) in return for payment. The online payment system PayPal handles the transaction process. It allows credit card payment in an absolutely secure way. Information about paying money with PayPal can be found on the PayPal Website (www.paypal.com).
The given information will be sent to KATACHI through the PayPal notification system and the CUSTOMER also receives a notification email from PayPal including all transaction and payment details.

REVOCATION:

For it is electronically sent software, a right of revocation or return of the plugin and thus a refund of the payment after receiving the software does not exist.
Exception: The software is received destroyed as a matter of the shipment which has to be proven.

CUSTOMER DUTYS:

The Terms Of Use have to be read and understood by the CUSTOMER before buying any software from KATACHI.
Should these information not be accessible because of arbitrary reasons (server problems or something comparable), the CUSTOMER is obliged to contact KATACHI via email (see the contact form at www.dpit2.de) or by phone and ask for permission to see the Terms Of Use. If the consumer does not do this, he agrees that he has read and understood the information listed here in the Terms Of Use.

CONTRACT:

The contract between the CUSTOMER and KATACHI becomes valid with the payment and order.
Orders and payments that are not received by KATACHI (may it be a mail server problem or an issue of PayPal) are no valid orders.

SECURITY AND DATA STORAGE:

Any data related to the process of purchasing any software of KATACHI will be stored electronically and in printed version by KATACHI. KATACHI guarantees that all information are handled secretly to the best of KATACHI´s knowledge. KATACHI will not give out any CUSTOMER information to anyone or to any third person without the prior and written agreement of the CUSTOMER.
All ordering processes happen on a secure internet connection.

CONTRACT DURATION:

The accrued contract will remain intact until the CUSTOMER receives an Email from KATACHI with the necessary information to download the software from the KATACHI server and to register it successfully. The payment through the CUSTOMER must have been completed.
As long as these two procedures are not finished, the software fully remains property of KATACHI.

PURCHASING COSTS:

There will only be your usual PayPal costs/fees. This depends on how your PayPal account looks like. There are no other costs charged from KATACHI than the software price itself when using PayPal or ShareIt.

SHIPMENT DURATION:

Shipment of any software may take up to five business days.

GERMANY ONLY - Überweisungszahlungen:

Bestellung von Software via deutschem Banktransfer (Überweisung) obliegt den gleichen, in diesen AGBs aufgeführten, Regeln.
Der Vertrag kommt mit der Bestellung zustande. Der Vertrag endet mit der ordnungsgemäßen Einzahlung der Gesamtsumme für die bestellten Produkte (Software) durch den CUSTOMER, sowie dem Versand der Downloaddetails und der Registrierungsinformationen (welche zu einer erfolgreichen Registrierung führen müssen) durch KATACHI.

Es sind nur Staatsbürger der Bundesrepublik Deutschland befähigt diese Zahlungmethode zu verwenden.
