1. My serial number does not work. What do I do wrong?

There are three possibilities why it is not working as you expect it to work:

1. You don't have a valid serial number. You need to purchase DPIT Nature Spirit in order to receive a valid serial number.

2. You still have your temporary Cinema 4D serial number in use. A lot of users forget to enter their permanent serial number into the Registration dialog.

3. You have installed a new DPIT version. This may require you to simply re-enter your DPIT serial number in the Registration dialog.



2. I don't (or only partly) see DPIT in my menu bar. How to fix this?

Open the Cinema 4D "Console" window (C4D->Windows->Console) and see if another plugin collides with DPIT Nature Spirit. If so, please contact the developer of the plugin, because DPIT Nature Spirit products use unique IDs internally and cannot be the problem.

If the problem remains unsolved, please contact the technical support.



3. I cannot find DPIT in the plugins list. Where is it?

Unlike other plugins DPIT Nature Spirit products can be found directly in the main menu bar at the top of Cinema 4D where you also find MAXON modules and all other menus. The menu entry is either named "DPIT Plants", "DPIT Effex" or "DPIT Plants & Effex".



4. How long does it take the support to answer?

The support will answer to your inquiry within 5 business days. Usually this happens within 1-2 business days. Katachi - Graphics & Plugins is located in Magdeburg, Germany. Due to the time differencs in the world it may take at least 12 hours until you receive an answer.



5. I have upgraded my main Cinema4D version. Where do I get a new serial number?

Please log in to your DPIT Nature Spirit user area account and update your 11 first digits of your Cinema 4D core serial number. This will automatically update your DPIT serial number in the user area. Please see the information in the user area for more information.
